Taekwando provides all-around exercise benefits, from stretching to aerobics, while promulgating the core tenets of respect, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.
Taekwando focuses on balance, coordination, endurance, self confidence, discipline and leadership. These are taught through basic movements, forms, self-defense drills, kicks, sparring, and combinations. TKD promotes discipline, respect, and how to avoid physical confrontation.
With today's hectic schedules, the Taekwondo Family Class provides a physical activity that the whole family can enjoy. Training together helps create a family bond and promotes respect and support between family members.
